About the Trust: The Housing Trust of Santa Clara County, Inc. is a non-profit, community-based 501c3 organization. We help create affordable homes for Silicon Valley families by offering loans and grants to qualified first-time homebuyers and to developers of affordable housing and of special-needs housing. Our investment funds are voluntary contributions from a mix of corporate and community investors: government, employers, employer foundations and private citizens. Donations to the Housing Trust of Santa Clara County are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
