OUR NEW LOGO will lend a simpler, cleaner, more modern look to our collateral. We’ve kept the same color and type-face, and found a new way to depict our “house/home” theme, while strengthening our image as “the” housing trust in our region. We hope you’ll like it!

OUR NEW PRODUCTS were approved by Board committees and our full Board of Directors this spring, and will be unveiled to the public on October 1, 2007. Created after extensive research and consultation with real estate and lending professionals, bene?ts experts and consumers, our new Downpayment Assistance Program and Mortgage Assistance Program will allow us to help more people, and give potential donors more reasons to support our mission of creating affordable homes for Silicon Valley families.

OUR NEW OFFICE at 95 South Market Street, Suite 550 in downtown San Jose gives us the room we need to provide our services, and at lower cost, too! Our new of?ce will be furnished through donations generously provided by NXP Semiconductors; our new address is effective September 4, 2007.

OUR NEW FACES are helping us grow, while providing the best possible service to our customers and to our donors. In the next few weeks, you’ll meet our new program administrator, our new development manager, and our new receptionist…great additions to a great team!
