Effective close-of-business Friday, June 8, 2007, the Housing Trust of Santa Clara County will temporarily suspend our First-time Homebuyer Closing Cost Assistance Program. This is slightly earlier than our original expectations and completely due to the robust demand for our loans, and not to any shortage of funding.

It is our policy not to accept applications when our program is on hiatus.

We will announce the resumption date of our First-time Homebuyer program on Monday, July 2, 2007.
