That's why the Housing Trust of Santa Clara County (HTSCC) and the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS (SCCAOR) have teamed up to produce "Your First Home: Myths and Facts About First-time Homebuying," a booklet designed to help you make important homebuying decisions with confidence.

Answering questions and dispelling myths, "Your First Home" provides the guidance and reassurance many first-time homebuyers need before making their big decision. Copies of "Your First Home" are available through the Housing Trust (408-436-3450 ext. 0) and through SCCAOR (408-445-8500.)
