San Jose, CA: June 1, 2004 The Housing Trust of Santa Clara County, a public benefit investor creating affordable housing options in Santa Clara County, CA has named Janet Stone Director of Programs. In her new role, Janet will be responsible for managing the Trust's First-time Homebuyer Program and directing the Affordable Multifamily Rental and Homeless/Special Needs Housing investment programs. Previously, Ms. Stone was Livable Communities Program Director at Greenbelt Alliance in San Francisco.
