| Homeless with Special Needs
Program - New Construction Funding A major goal of the Housing Trust is to help prevent homelessness in our community through support for the creation of new shelters and supportive living facilities. Through grants and loans to qualified developers of housing for the homeless with special needs, the Trust has helped create hundreds of units of housing in cities across Santa Clara County.
